You are purchasing this service from my company, Kyrning LLC, which specializes in helping clients access and benefit from the U.S. credit system. Based on my experience, this service is designed to help you build U.S. credit and maximize points and rewards, so you can enjoy luxury travel opportunities. Access to this service is exclusively for the person who has purchased it. You agree not to share any video materials, templates, tools, or other resources provided through your access.
The following definitions apply to these terms and conditions:
— “Customer” refers to the person who enters into a purchase agreement with The Apexx Edge for the Service.
— “The Apexx Edge” refers to Kyrning LLC, registered in the USA.
— “Parties” refers to both Kyrning LLC and the Customer.
— “Service” is a service and community centered on U.S. credit building, rewards maximization, and luxury travel benefits, provided by Kyrning LLC to the Customer. The Service includes online coaching calls and 1-on-1 sessions
— “Terms” means these terms and conditions of sale and delivery.
These Terms apply to all deliveries of the Service made by The Apexx Edge. By purchasing the Service, the Customer agrees to these Terms. The Apexx Edge reserves the right to amend the Terms with at least one month’s written notice. Following this notice period, the updated Terms will apply to all future Service deliveries.
The Apexx Edge will deliver the agreed-upon Service within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase, provided payment is made in accordance with Section 5. If The Apexx Edge is unable to meet the delivery time, The Apexx Edge will inform the Customer of the cause of the delay and when delivery can be expected.
The Service is provided through online coaching calls and personalized 1-on-1 sessions conducted on platforms designated by The Apexx Edge. The Apexx Edge guarantees access to any recorded sessions and relevant materials for a period of 12 months from the date of each session. After this period, it is the Customer’s responsibility to save any materials for future use, in compliance with the conditions outlined in Section 6, by ensuring they are stored electronically.
The price of the Service is the price indicated by The Apexx Edge at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified in writing by The Apexx Edge. Payment must be made in advance of delivery as per Section 4. Payment is considered completed once funds are available in the account specified by The Apexx Edge. The Customer is not entitled to make deductions, offsets, or counterclaims in payment unless pre-approved in writing by The Apexx Edge.
If the Customer opts for installment payments, and the subscription is created between the 1st and 15th of the month, the subsequent payment will automatically be moved to the last business day of the month.
The Service is personal, and only the Customer who gains access may utilize it. The Customer also agrees not to share any materials or resources with individuals who have not purchased the Service. In the event of a violation, The Apexx Edge reserves the right to impose a penalty of 4,000 USD for each unauthorized access. The Apexx Edge may also terminate the Customer’s access.
The Customer may not transfer or modify the Service’s content, templates, or documents in any way—whether on the internet, in other electronic forms, or in printed (paper) formats—other than for their own personal use or with prior written permission from The Apexx Edge.
The Customer is granted rights to the Service solely as follows:
— Electronic storage of the original Service content for personal use.
— Printing of the original Service content for personal use.
— Use and modification of the Service’s templates for personal use.
If the Customer violates any provisions in this Section 6, The Apexx Edge reserves the right to impose a penalty of 4,000 USD per breach and may also claim damages under Danish law. Payment of the penalty does not nullify the breach.
If the Customer identifies an error with the Service, they must submit a written complaint without undue delay. If the Customer fails to report an issue promptly, they forfeit the right to make claims or seek compensation. The right to complain expires 90 days after receiving the Service.
The Apexx Edge is liable under the general principles of Danish law, but with the following qualifications and limitations:

The Apexx Edge does not guarantee progress, growth, rewards, increased returns, or similar outcomes as a result of using the Service, nor is The Apexx Edge responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit or missed savings.
Should the Customer wish to make a claim against The Apexx Edge, the claim must be made promptly and, in any case, no later than 30 days after any alleged loss has occurred.
The Customer can only claim delay as a breach in accordance with Section 4. If the Customer identifies a defect in the delivered Service, The Apexx Edge retains full rights of redress. If a defect cannot be remedied, the Customer, subject to making a complaint in accordance with Section 8, may request a proportional reduction.
The Apexx Edge is not liable for non-performance resulting from circumstances beyond its control. Such occurrences release The Apexx Edge from responsibility for damages, penalties, or other contractual sanctions. These include but are not limited to strikes, lockouts, sabotage, natural disasters, government restrictions, confiscation, trade restrictions, currency restrictions, transport disruptions, veterinary diseases, vandalism, terror, environmental measures, pandemics, war, and delayed or defective deliveries from subcontractors.
Ownership and intellectual property rights to the Service, including all related ideas, designs, and techniques, belong exclusively to The Apexx Edge.
These Terms are governed by Danish law and interpreted accordingly. Disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled at the Copenhagen District Court as the court of first instance.
